The image quality may be not great even on the best setting depending on the internet connection quality between you and the Anydesk network infrastructure (which can be very poor in many parts of the world), but the resolution is always original if you choose that. If the image is smaller than the Anydesk window, then that's the actual resolution (i.e. If the resolution of the remote PC is bigger than your viewing screen, you will see only a portion of the remote screen that fits into your screen and it will scroll around when you move the mouse (that's in "Original" mode, you can also shrink/stretch to fit the image to your screen). Anydesk doesn't limit the resolution in "Original" mode, I tried it with up to 3000*2000 resolution.
